摘要:副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)是一种食源性致病菌,由其引发的食品安全事件已跃居我国食源性致病菌中毒数量首位。目前检测食品中致病微生物的方法主要有:传统生化培养方法、以抗原抗体反应为基础的免疫学检测方法、以PCR为基础的DNA分子检测方法等。本文总结了当前VP主要检测方法,包括免疫磁珠分离、酶联免疫吸附反应、免疫层析测试、免疫传感器、PCR技术、环介导等温扩增技术、DNA适配体传感器、DNA杂交技术等,以期为VP的快速检测方法提供借鉴和参考。

Recent Advances in Detection Methods of Foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus

Abstract:Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) is a foodborne bacterium. The food safety incidents caused by VP have become the major cases among foodborne pathogens in China. At present, the methods for detecting pathogenic microorganisms in food mainly include: traditional biochemical culture methods; the immunological method based on antigen-antibody reaction; the PCR based on molecular techniques. This paper mainly summarized the current detection methods of V. parahaemolyticus: immunomagnetic beads separation, enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, immunochromatographic test, immunosensor, PCR, loop-mediated isothermal amplification, DNA aptamer sensor, DNA hybridization technology, aiming to provide references for the rapid detection of the pathogenic bacteria.
